Start today journal - electric style:

I am grateful for
- My dad and Tressa flying in today
- getting to sleep in today
- going into the ocean with Bre and her getting over her fear
- Being able to head to the gym

My goals:
1. I lost 70lbs.
2. I am healthy inside and out.
3. I am an exceptional wife.
4. I am an exceptional mother
5. I am debt free with 50K in my personal savings.
6. I have a tribe of women in my life.
7. I am published in a nursing journal.
8. I give lectures nationally.
9. I have climbed the andes.
10. I have gone on a yoga retreat.

Yesterday I wrote what Im working on RIGHT now.
Todays personal goals - workout, drink my water and clean my house :)

I am finishing up my cup of coffee then Im heading to the gym. I have 5 million things to do today before heading to the airport to get my dad but missing the workout is NOT an option. I worked smarter - ordered my groceries this morning for hubby to pick up while Im at the airport :) Getting my workout in. Heading to the farm for fresh produce. Cleaning my house. Then airport. YIPPEE>

I found a workout schedule that I like for the first time ever - weight lifting wise...

MONDAY - arms/chest/shoulders
TUESDAY - legs/back/abs
WEDNESDAY - rest
THURSDAY - shoulders/chest/abs
FRIDAY - legs/back/arms
SATURDAY - rest
SUNDAY - rest or choice muscle group

Then to throw in yoga, running, ect.

I weighed in today to -215.2.
Granted I was just at the beach and drank and ate and prob a good 2-3 lbs of that is water weight.
